Depending on the references and quantities ordered, the normal shipping time for your order is 1 to 2 weeks after payment, plus the carrier’s transit time. Under normal circumstances, and for smaller whiteboards, it shouldn’t take more than a week and a half to receive your whiteboard. Please note that for quality and logistical reasons, most references are manufactured only after your order is placed.
For all whiteboards measuring 200 cm or more, the delivery time depends on the trip to the relevant area and can extend to 2 or 3 weeks, as delivery is handled by our own services rather than a regular carrier.
For whiteboards with custom printing or an easel, including double-sided boards and flipcharts, the delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks after order and payment, as these cases require an additional manufacturing process handled by third parties.
Whiteboards with a wooden frame have an estimated delivery time of 6 to 8 weeks, as we depend on an external supplier.
