What payment methods are accepted? Is this site secure?

Our website uses a secure protocol (SSL/https), and we offer traditional, widely recognized payment methods in Portugal, designed so you always feel 100% safe with your purchases.

The payment methods we make available are:

Multibanco:

You will receive an email and an SMS to your mobile phone with the entity and reference for paying for your order, at any Multibanco ATM or through your homebanking service, with all the security and trust the SIBS network provides. You don’t need to send us proof of payment, since the whole process is automated.
Note: Your statement will show “Ifthenpay Lda.”, our service payment processor for Multibanco.

MB WAY (for orders up to €500):

You’ll need to enter the mobile number associated with the MB WAY service, make sure you have the app installed and your phone has battery, and, after receiving the payment request notification, approve it within 4 minutes of the order being placed. You don’t need to send us proof of payment, since the whole process is automated.

Credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (for orders up to 500€):

You will be redirected to the ifthenpay payment gateway, where you can choose which of the three methods to use. Note that Apple Pay and Google Pay will only be visible if your device and browser support these payment methods. After payment, you will return to our website, where the payment status will show as “pre-approved.” We will receive confirmation of the payment within a few seconds. You don’t need to send us proof of payment, since the whole process is automated.

Bank transfer:

You will receive our IBAN by email and via SMS to your mobile phone for paying for your order, either by bank transfer or direct deposit into our account. Please send us proof of payment and, if possible, include the order number in the transfer/deposit description. You can also use the SPIN system with our NIPC, which you will also receive by email.
